We take great care to ensure any and all information you share with us remains secure and confidential at all times. Only appropriate clinicians and members of staff directly working for Frankley Pharmacy will be able to view any such information where it is necessary to provide our services to you.
As an NHS registered pharmacy we abide by the same data security and information governance rules that your ordinary high street pharmacy would.
Frankley pharmacy delivery service
If you regularly rely on prescription medication, you have a chronic illness or disability, or you provide care for someone who does, prescription delivery services can be helpful. Even though NHS prescriptions are frequently affordable (and occasionally even free), getting a prescription, taking it to the pharmacy, and regularly paying for it can take some time.
You can have your medications delivered right to your home or place of employment using our specialised delivery service.
We generally deliver repeat prescriptions within 5 working days. However, we recommend ordering your prescription 10 days before you need it. This gives enough time for your GP to approve it, our pharmacists to check it and Royal Mail to deliver it to you.
Yes it is. Delivery for our NHS repeat prescription service is always free of charge.
We can deliver to any address – your home, your place of work, to a carer or neighbour. You can choose a safe place if you are not home to accept delivery or if they still can’t deliver, a card will be left so you can arrange re-delivery for free.
